- Enjoying whatever you are playing, like if we are playing a piece of music, you should be enjoying the process of playing.
- Music is to understand the meaning of the piece and carrying it out with your heart and using expressions to tell the story behind the piece to others.
- I feel that if a person has the musicality in him/her, they will be able to express it well even if it is a super boring piece as they can understand the music.
- Music is about having fun and enjoyment.
- The purpose of performing music is to touch people’s heart.
- Every part of the music is equally important. Harmony and melody co-exists together.
- Enjoyment
- A channel to express my feelings. Music allows me to totally ‘paint’ my emotions and creativity. It is a time when I can relieve myself from stress. It is where there is a very special bonding between not only my instrument and me but also my music mates.
- Music making is where there is a passion in my heart, for the music made and the inter-twinging melodies. All feelings deep down my heart are released.
- Music is to express and to let people/audience believe in music so that everyone can know and understand how the composer feels and the story the composer wants to share.
- When music is played, I portray myself in the story that the composer wrote.
- Music is a lot about trust, imagination and belief.
- Music cannot tell a lie. It can tell where you’re from and what you’re thinking.

- When all of us can make music together, it really feels great.

Prove the the entire world that AMKSSCLARINETS aren't out of tune, no air blahblahblah.

Believe that u can do it, because i believe so.

When you put in ur heart and soul into creating music, TOGETHER, as ONE section, i have faith that our section will grow to greater heights.



Life's difficult, and we all know that.

So let band room a less terrorizing place for u, and for me too.

When everyone starts putting in the effort to put everything together, i am SURE,SUPER ABSOLUTELY sure, we'll get there.



Perhaps, deep inside u, u feel that i'm the one that make u dislike what u're doing now, because i scold u, i glare at u, and many more, but that's mainly because u all dont produce the same kind of articulation,tone,style that we've worked super duper hard in sectionals during full band.

So if everyone starts putting in the effort to make sure when things go right once, it will keep happening and happening,

this way, our section WILL progress.

After all, this is not MY clarinet section.

It's OURS.
we are all part of this family.

Be more consistent, and demand from urself to do all the right things,open ur ears, WE can do it.
